Content Lens, and everything we shipped in Q2 2026
Our biggest release yet: Content Lens turns every post into structured, searchable intelligence, automatically. Plus custom-branded reports, dashboard target alerts, much faster post grouping, and sharper data across every platform.
Q2 was our biggest quarter yet, headlined by Content Lens, a new AI layer that reads and classifies every post you track. Alongside it: custom-branded reports, target notifications, a much faster data pipeline, and dozens of accuracy and reliability fixes across every platform. Here’s the tour.
Content Lens: your whole library, automatically understood
This is the major release of the quarter, and the biggest thing we’ve built. Content Lens is a new AI classification layer that reads every post you track and turns it into structured, searchable data.
For each piece of content (yours, an advertiser’s, a competitor’s), it writes a detailed summary and automatically labels the post across 40+ criteria: the people and IP on screen, the subject matter, the format, the creative qualities, brand sponsorships, how an ad was disclosed, and much more. No prompts to write, no tagging sprints to schedule. Turn it on and the data shows up.
Where it gets powerful: feed that structured data into Archer, our AI agent, or your own tools over MCP, and the AI can spot patterns across your content, your ads, and your competitors. It reads hundreds of posts at once, the way a research team would, in seconds.
What teams are doing with it
- Creative teams get deep creative analysis of the entire marketplace, plus prescriptive recommendations on what to make next.
- Commercial teams can see exactly who’s advertising with their peers, and which promoted content is actually working.
- Data & research teams automate the reporting they used to assemble by hand.
Content Lens data flows everywhere you already work: post filters, post grouping, data exports, the API, Archer, and MCP. And it’s included on every plan, for every post, with no add-on and no per-post fee.
More new features
- Custom-branded reports. Put your company’s logo, chart colors, and fonts on Archer-generated report slides, so every deck ships in your brand.
- Dashboard target alerts. Get an in-app and email notification the moment a target is hit or missed.
- Private & shared reports. Keep a report to yourself or share it with your team, replacing the old all-or-nothing “manage reports” permission.
- Single-widget exports. Export any dashboard widget on its own, with custom metrics beyond what’s shown on the tile.
- Multi-account line charts. Compare several accounts in a single dashboard widget.
- Archer + Targets. Archer can now read and present your Targets directly in chat and in reports.
- Archer tag suggestions. Let Archer apply tags to posts for you, drawing on your company’s existing tag library.
- Nested tag imports. Import multi-level tag hierarchies (parent → child → sub-child) in a single pass.
- YouTube ad data in filters & exports. Search and export YouTube posts by campaign, ad account, and flight status.
Quality-of-life improvements
- Post grouping is incredibly fast. We rebuilt the core analytics data pipeline behind Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, so grouping posts and loading metrics is now dramatically quicker.
- Media loads faster, thanks to a new image-processing service, and YouTube audience data (retention, traffic sources, demographics, and geographics) loads quicker too.
- Editable saved searches. Adjust a saved search on Posts without rebuilding it from scratch.
- Cleaner Archer reports. Archer skips metrics with no data instead of producing blank slides, and lays out multi-slide reports more clearly.
- Consistent Total metrics. Post lists now show Total values across every platform, instead of mixing organic and total.
- Keyboard-friendly modals & sidebars. Press Enter to submit any modal, Esc to close any sidebar or modal, or click the overlay to dismiss.
- Safer bulk selection. “Select all” on Posts stays off until you’ve applied a filter, so you can’t accidentally select your entire library.
- Clearer exports. Selected metrics now show as removable pills as you build an export.
Sharper, more reliable data across every platform
We spent much of the quarter making the numbers you rely on more accurate and more dependable, with dozens of fixes across every network. The highlights:
- More accurate metrics. Corrected YouTube CPM, RPM, and average watch time; fixed inflated TikTok totals and paid-vs-organic classification; resolved Facebook watch-time and cross-posted Instagram/Facebook discrepancies; and cleaned up erratic LinkedIn impression values.
- More reliable syncing. Fixed intermittent Facebook feed errors and recovered missing paid and boosted posts across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Dependable dashboards & reports. Content widgets now respond to rolling and period filters, custom date ranges report correctly, custom-branded reports generate reliably, and duplicated dashboards keep their content.
- Solid exports. Cross-platform exports with custom metrics now work, recurring exports respect rolling dates, and the Exports page 404 is gone.
- Smoother posts & search. The Posts search bar handles ”&” and other characters, scroll position is preserved when you navigate back, and tags save reliably on individual posts.
That’s the quarter. The fastest way to understand Content Lens is to see it on real posts: explore Content Lens, then turn it on and watch your own library fill in.
