Who can use Measure.Studio?
Anyone looking to improve their digital content strategy and learn more about their content performance on social media. We offer several plans based on your needs, ranging from individual content creators to large digital publishers.
What types of social accounts can I connect?
Currently you can connect Instagram for Business or Creator accounts, Facebook Pages, YouTube Channels, Twitter, and TikTok accounts. We would love to hear from you about other platforms you’d like to see supported!
What browsers do you support?
We support desktop and mobile versions in Chrome and Safari. Please reach out if you’d like to see more browsers supported!
Is there a Measure.Studio mobile app?
Not at this time, however Measure.Studio’s is fully functional within your mobile browser, and you can even add a shortcut on your mobile homepage to use it like an app.

Do you offer annual up-front payment discounts?
Yes! You can save 20% on your subscription by paying for 1 year in advance. You can always pay monthly at the full rate if you prefer.
Do you offer discounts for not-for-profit companies?
Yes! And thank you for making a difference! 501(c)(3) Organizations can receive 20% off any license. Please contact us directly for details.
Data & Security
How do you pull in my social media account data?
We only manage data you grant us access to by authenticating your social media account.
What types of social media data do you collect?
Your published content media, such as photos, videos, and stories.
Your content’s metadata, such as metadata, such as captions, descriptions, and video titles.
Your content’s performance, such as impressions, video views, engagements, and audience demographics.
Can you edit or delete content on my social media content?
No! We couldn’t if we wanted to. When you authenticate your social media account we do not request permission to manage your content.
Do you share my data with any third parties?
No, we do not share any of your personal information or social media data with third parties.
How do you secure my account data?
We take the storage of your data very seriously. Your data is stored in secure cloud servers in accordance to modern best practices. Further, regularly audit our systems and employee data access. In addition to that, we have several other ways we secure your data:
We never ask for or receive your social media account login credentials. We only collect data securely via authorization protocols provided by the social platforms themselves.
The social account authentications we request do not grant us the ability to post or edit content on your behalf.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We send you real-time alerts if we see someone accessing your account from an unfamiliar device or location.
We offer two-factor authentication, and you are able to enforce this across your team.
We don't hoard old data. If you cancel your plan, we delete your account and all associated data after a brief waiting period. We'll alert you before we do this so you can log in and back it up if you like.
Can I export all of my data at any time?
Yes, you can export data for all of your social posts at any time.
Can I delete my social account data at any time?
Yes, you can remove your social accounts by clicking your name in upper right corner and selecting "Add / Remove Social Accounts." Next, hover over the accounts you'd like to delete and select "Remove." This will delete their data from our system, but note any historic data collected will be destroyed. You can re-add the account at any time.
Can I delete my Measure.Studio account at any time?
Yes, you can permanently delete your Measure.Studio account by clicking your name in upper right corner and selecting “View Profile”. Next, click “Delete Measure.Studio Account” and follow the offboarding steps. Please note this cannot be undone, and any historic data collected from your social accounts will be destroyed automatically.
