What are Shares?
A measurement of how many times a user has posted your content from their News Feed to their own Profile, or any other profile, group, or page.
Where should I find Shares?
Utilize the Insights from the Meta Business Suite. Select Posts and navigate down to All Posts Published. Adjust the metric to sort by Likes, Comments, and Shares.
Why are Shares Important?
A higher Shares metric indicates that this content is truly resonating with your audience, while exponentially increasing the potential to further your reach.
How to improve your Shares metric?
Vary your formats to find what works best for your niche, but prioritize video posts as they tend to generate higher engagement. Continue to improve the overall quality of your content and the understanding of your audience, ensuring that you’re providing a relevant service of some kind. (Entertainment, information, relaxation, etc.).
How frequently should I track this?
Log your data at least once every 7 days and alongside the campaign, and report analysis at least once every 30 days.
