Now that we're halfway home in 2025, it's a good time to share the latest features and improvements we’ve rolled out in the past three months.
From performance benchmark enhancements to Instagram's shift to Views, these updates are designed to help you move faster, work smarter, and get more from your Measure Studio experience.
Here's a look at what crossed the finish line in Q2 '25 (and here's a look back at Q1 if you're feeling really motivated).
Benchmark widgets mean one less spreadsheet 📈
Add a Benchmark Widget to any Post Group Dashboard to compare how posts perform across accounts relative to the group average.

Get average performance for any campaign, show, you name it. Group averages can be different than full accounts, but now you can track both.
Benchmark widgets help you pinpoint top formats, trends in your content, and outliers. This makes it easier to understand what's performing well and where to focus your content strategy.

Content Activity filter shows what's still working 📲
Filter by All, Active, or Inactive posts to quickly see what performs best long-term and what drops off.
This helps you quickly identify which posts are still driving engagement. It's perfect for pinpointing content that performs well over time, so you can recognize and repurpose high-impact posts that resonate with your audience.
In other words, this is where you identify which organic posts will do the most damage with a little paid boost.

Instagram makes the migration to Views 👁️
Views have replaced Impressions and Plays across the platform. Users now see Views in their metrics list, on their dashboards, and in post lists.
Here's what changed;
✅ Users now see Views metrics on the account and post level
📉 Impressions and Plays have been deprecated and will not update anymore
🔁 Views have replaced Impressions and Plays
📊 Historical daily data for Views is available for 7 months
🏷️ Deprecated metrics are clearly labeled
🔍 This change applies only to Instagram
This is one of those platform-driven changes that can seem confusing, so be sure to check out our help center article for further clarity.
Even more to export 📤
We've added a few new fields to your export files to give you better context when reviewing data outside of Measure Studio.
Post Visibility – Indicates whether a post is public or private
Post Existence – Shows whether a post is currently live or has been deleted
Computer Vision – Computer Vision metadata for individual or multiple posts
Video Transcripts – Exactly what it sounds like
AI Categories - AI-generated content categories to easily analyze which types of content perform best
If you're interested in large-scale data exports, delivered directly to you, we've got you covered there too.
Find, filter, and analyze paid social ads easier than ever 😮💨
You can now filter by Ad Account, Campaign, Ad Group, and Ad.

Why is this helpful? Paid social is a different kind of monster than organic, and it has never been easy to find and analyze posts tied to specific paid campaigns without a lot of manual work and antiquated elements like hashtags.
This changes that. Now it's simpler than ever to evaluate performance and stay organized when managing large-scale, high value marketing efforts.
We also made it easier to view ad details for each post.

A tradition unlike any other - new metrics 🎁
If you've been following us for a little while you know one of our quarterly updates is always the new metrics we've added to the platform.
We pride ourselves on offering social media managers the most robust data package possible, which means we're always implementing new numbers to add to your dashboard.
Here's what's new;
Instagram Total Interactions
Instagram Total Reach
Instagram Paid Reach
These are all now available to monitor regularly, use in custom metrics, you name it.
And with that we're off to Q3 - which will bring a pretty big update or two of its own, but you'll have to check back in a few months for that one.
Until then, we've got one last thing to share.
